TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full payment must be received before the conference. Access to the conference will not be allowed without proof of payment. Any cancellation after 1 June 2012 will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Should you cancel your registration after 1 July 2012, you will be held liable for the full conference fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Accommodation reservations and confirmations thereof, will only be done once an official order number/proof of payment has been received. Allocations are automatically allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
